Matthew W
Currently im trying to install snow leopard on a Dell E310 with a Pentium 4 processor. This computer has 2gb's of ram and it has a 8400GT Nvidia video card. Im trying to install it using Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 Intel AMD made by Hazard The options I use to install are: Legacy Kernel 10.2.0 Intel AMD NVEnabler VoodooHDA I get a kernel panic during boot and I can't figure out whats wrong. Im not sure if its because its a Pentium 4 and OSX 10.6 has dropped legacy support that was in 10.4 and 10.5 or if it is because there is another kext I need to install to get it working properly, In 10.5.8 I had to install an ICH1-10 Fix to get it working otherwise it say waiting for root device during startup. I can't find anything similar that I can use for this. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
