10.6 on Gigabyte 965P-DQ6

Hi,

 

I skipped all those 1.5 Updates and installed a clean 10.6 Vanilla System from a reg. retial disk.

 

Installation Method: Running 10.5.6 installation and osinstall.mpkg method on a cleand out GRUB partitioned HDD

 

After the intallation went through I just added Chameleon and the newer 1.6 boot, a cuple of kexts and DSDT.aml file.

 

I am new to DSDT patching and only made the most basic changed like the CMOS reset fix but will def. do the res like speedstepping during the next day.

 

Running:

- Audio

- LAN

- Tablet

- Deep Sleep

 

WIP:

- Fan Speeds

- Speedstepping

- DSDT
