Dodge34 Posted March 7, 2010 Share Posted March 7, 2010 I'm on OSX 10.5.6 on my P5LD2 with Pentium 4HT 3.2GHZ with 1gb memory Everything seems to work fine except my graphic card (ASUS Radeon HD4350) I've heard about EFI and I choosed EFI somewhere on the DVD install of XxX 10.5.6 Final but I'm a complete newby to this, I don't even know if EFI makes my system work at all, I suppose its EFI that makes my install work. Now I know nothing about the terminal thing and such (I'm a geek Windows tech help desk support) If someone can tell me how to see if my system use EFI to boot and how to update to the latest EFI and enable my Radeon HD4350, that would be nice since I use an old 17in CRT monitor and the default refresh rate isn't good for my eyes. I've updated my BIOS to the latest final version available for my P5LD2 v1.0 it is 1903 Again my specs : ASUS P5LD2 v1.0 with latest bios Pentium 4HT 3.2GHZ 1GB DDR2 667 (will add more if I can get the graphic card working) ASUS EAH4350 SILENT (aka ATI Radeon HD4350) XxX OSX 10.5.6 Final with voodoo 9.5.0 kernel installed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
