Byzentean Posted March 7, 2010 Share Posted March 7, 2010 ok so when ever I click the about this mac. My computer goes to a blue screen my mouse dispersers and all my work is lost. Any ideas why? Burner27 Posted April 7, 2010 Share Posted April 7, 2010 My Finder would restart when I clicked the About this Mac button. It would also freeze when opening Final Cut Pro 7.0. I reduced the overclock on my Q9550 from 3.83 to 3.6 and it stopped rebooting the finder and would load FCP fully. I would try reducing any OC if you have increased processor speeds. Good Luck. It took me some time to figure this out... Everything else in OSx 10.6.2 ran fine. ok so when ever I click the about this mac.
