tamorgen
I've got a near perfect running Snow Leopard 10.6.2 installation on my Dell Studio 14z (1440) laptop, but the one remaining thing that bugs me is the autodimming function of the monitor when on battery. Occasionally it works, but most of the time it doesn't. I don't know what causes it to work, but I would like for it to dim when on battery, and for the function keys (F4 & F5) to work properly. I have a customized DSDT.aml file loaded, and everything else works. Can anybody tell me if they know how to enable this properly, so it works 100% of the time?
