boullusgoullus Posted February 16, 2010 Share Posted February 16, 2010 Hello I've installed Mac OS X 10.5.7 on my PC successfully, thanks to Iatkos v7 Everything works fine (Wifi, sound, ...) except one thing. I can't get my Nvidia 8800GT 512MB graphic card to work. 1. If I do not install graphic drivers while installing Iatkos, my resolution is unchangeable (1024x768, my screen is 22" wide) and graphic effects are really buggy. 2. If I install Nvinject (without other things like Natit, ...), I get a black screen after the Apple loading grey page at boot. 3. If I try to install manually EFI strings, the system boots but my graphic card is not fully supported. 4. If I install EFI strings while installing Iatkos, I can get a 1680x1050 resolution, but the graphic card is not fully supported (Quartz Extreme, ...), so that I can't read DVD with VLC. I've searched everywhere on forums, but I can't find a solution... Your help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks. NVinject is now functionnal, but Core Image and Quartz Extreme are not still supported...
