hjs89 Posted February 15, 2010 Share Posted February 15, 2010 Hello guys. I'm trying to install snow leopard on my laptop (acer 5738ZG). I did a retail install from SL DVD and it works ok. After the update to 10.6.2 I need to patch IOUSBFamily how Netkas says. After that SL boots fine but when I arrive to the desktop my USB mouse & USB keyboard doesn't works. I need some help please. oldnapalm Posted February 15, 2010 Share Posted February 15, 2010 Instead of patching IOUSBFamily, try using Chameleon's "UHCIreset=yes" option, it works in my Aspire 5920. SL boots and my USB mouse works .
