I tried with all flags "-s -x -F .." . there are more people with these problem in the forum......... please help ours??? THE BIG ERROR IS: VGA NOT MATCH ? Freshness Posted September 7, 2005 Share Posted September 7, 2005 i used the release1 patch, the md5 sums are all correct, but the computer freezes at the "ACPI: Supported S-states....." message. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I had a similar error (ACPI) and tracked it down to MASTER/SLAVE confict on the IDE chain (both devices were set to MASTER, which is very, very wrong). Once I corrected the drive jumpers, installation went smoothly. I hope it's that simple for you too!
