muzicman0 Posted February 6, 2010 Share Posted February 6, 2010 I keep getting kernel panic on any release I try. so, for now, I'm gonna stick to trying to get the iPortable 10.6.2 working. My hardware: Intel Core2Duo 2.5Ghz nVidia Geforce 8600m External USB drive with iPortable installation What I have tried: -v -x cpus=1 busration=20 cpus=2 SEARCHING THIS FORUM & GOOGLE! various other boot options various combos of all the above. (IE: busratio=20 -v -x) I am just not sure what to try next. I know the image copied fine, since it will boot on my work laptop.
