To change all (like menubar fonts) you have to use Silk, which doesn't work on hackintoshes. You can't use Silk (or any Unsanity payware for that matter) on a generic PC with OSx86. I've tried Tinkertool but it don't satisfies me, I've a 1400x1050 resolution on my notebook and with this resolution the fonts seems to be not perfectly clear, not like a native resolution. It seems like it would need more aliasing, does anyone knows a way to obtain better fonts?
