Major Installation/Removal Issue, Help ASAP Please!

Hey, so I have a non working installation of OSX on my Dell XPS m1330. What happens is it gets to the load screen, turns blue, then turns black with music playing in the background. I am trying to revert to Windows 7 until I figure out what was going on. So two things here:

 

One: when I insert the Windows 7 Disk and boot from DVD it doesn't come up it just skips it and boots from the HDD

 

Two: I need a solution to the OSX installation problem I am having. Here is what I get when I do the hardware scan on the iAtkos disk:

I'm having a hard time remembering exactly what all I chose when I customized the installation but I didn't just go clicking without research. I have a pretty decent idea of what I am doing I am just stuck with absolutely no way that I can see of reversing this issue. Please respond ASAP, thank you.
