Justin Case 007 Posted January 27, 2010 Share Posted January 27, 2010 Dear user's of InsanlyMac, I've got problem with installing Kalyway 10.5.2 on my pc with AMD X4 64 bit processor. Well i'm not even at the install process!!! I need some help, pleassee!! Here's the problem: Well when I insert the DVD and it loads and then ask's me what I wan't to do. I press F8 and than -v and then he continous with poping up lines and after 2 second he restarts, please somebody help me!!! These are my specs (installed windows 7 64 bit): LONG LIST! CyrisPC Posted January 30, 2010 Share Posted January 30, 2010 did you try booting with one of the other kernels like this -v cpus=1 sleepkernel or kayblkernel stuff like that? list your bios cpu features and acpi features cuz I believe it does have to do with cpu or acpi. I get that same error when trying to boot the vanilla kernel even though I have intel processor. weird huh?
