jamba77
this is a known problem and is discussed in different boards. My installation of the CS4 Master Suite stops at 90 % when checking system requirements ..! It is a 8,5 GB big dmg, containing the installer and PDF´s.Opening the dmg, there are bootstrapper (dmg), 4 files (deployment, extensions, payload, resources) and the original setup file. When i install, it stops at 90%.. I tried CS4 Cleaner etc, but nothing helps. some write, this is perhaps an anti piracy check etc, but I have nothing installed from Adobe yet and erased even the Adobe installer to start from the beginning.. mc.tiff Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/209083-cs4-installation-problem/ Share on other sites
Beerkex'd
It's a compatibility problem, you need to work on making your Hackintosh more like a real Mac. Get your CPU identified correctly, use Chameleon 2.0 RC4 with CPU injection and setup /Extra/smbios.plist to correctly spoof a real Mac model. Make sure your LAN hardware is set as EN0 and has the built-in attribute, and that a valid UUID is being generated. Chameleon 2.0 RC4 lets you do all of the above when configured correctly. Search, it's all been covered here already. And visit the VoodooProjects forum too, plenty of useful info to be found over there. First step is to replace the bootloader you're using now with the latest Chameleon 2.0 RC.
