Installation of OSX on these 2 machines...

Hello everyone,

 

I recently installed OSX on a Dell Inspiron 1545 which is my brothers one and now I would like to know wether I can install OSX on one of my own systems. These are the specifications of my own computers:

 

Dell Dimension E521

Procesor: Amd Athlon 5600+ x2 >geklockt op 2.86 ghz

Graphics card: ATI X1300/X1550 series Pro

Audio card: Sigmatel STAC 92xx C-Major HD Audio

Ethernet card: Broadcom 440x10/100 Integrated Controller

Chipset: Nvidia Geforce 6150

 

second machine : Packard Bell notebook

 

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core geklockt op 1.86 ghz

Graphic card: SiS Mirage 3 > SiS 351

Audio card: Realtek ALC 268

Ethernet card: SiS 191 Ethernet Controller

Wireless Netwerk: ?

Chipset: SiS 672

 

I have the following OSX distro's:

iAtkos v7

iPC

OSX Kaliway

iDeneb v1.6 lite

 

On my Dell the only distro that works is the iPC the other distro;s give me a waiting for root device error.

On my Packard Bell laptop the iAtkos v7 distro is the only distro who recognizes my hard drive so also the only one which I can install.

 

When I install the iAtkos v7 dvd on my laptop and it has finished and it boots again I get a black screen with a flashing minus symbol> >>> - << that thingy.

 

And when I install it on my Dell with the iPC disc it does not boot but I get the windows bootloader screen where I can select one of the 2 operating systems (Windows 7 or Vista) > Vista is no longer installed but it still appears in the bootloader. (didn't had time to fix this, although I know how to)

 

But I hope someone could help me to fix these problems or to let me know wether this will ever work or not.
