chris lopo
I'm opening this topic to warn Gigabyte M61PM-S2 owners (and probably more Gigabyte users) After updating to te latest BIOS (F9d), my OSX started to crash when transfering an amount of data. Yesterday I was copying 16GB from my Macbook to my hackintosh. After 1.6GB of files, the system crashed (grey screen). And then I lost 3 DVDs during attempts to record them. Today I did try again, another DVD has been lost. So I decided to return my BIOS to F9c. Just recorded a DVD smoothly. Here is the tip: DO NOT update your BIOS to F9d because your system will crash constantly due to disk activity. If you know how to solve this issue, please let me know. Thanks!
