silversoul Posted January 25, 2010 Share Posted January 25, 2010 bought this netbook yesterday. love this netbook. but i might have to return it if i cant get it to work. so im hoping to get it to work instead. it has the x3150... i installed i aktos v7 10.5.7 intall went fine. no hiccups. i have no wifi cuz its atheros and i cant get it to work. sleep wont work and it wont restart. i also suspect it shuts down improperly. but the main thing that i think might contribute to the sleep and pm issues is the video. the video works but in 800x600 and system profiler says no kext loaded or anything. i have tried the x3100 drivers and i might have to add the dev id and all. has anyone had success with this igp? please help i really like this netbook and would like to keep it. If you get something working, however, be sure to share- you'll be the first. My advice, as always... research before you buy, and if OSX is important to you, stay away from the GMA3100 / 4500 / X3150 cards like the plague.
