Hello everyone,

i got a running 10.5.7 system installed on my EX58-UD3R hackintosh and (almost) everything runs great (Vanilla Retail Install).

However, i think my CMOS resets everytime i restart the computer. I've noticed that my idle CPU temps are way higher than they should be (i get around 45 C). Last but not least, i can't put the computer to sleep.

I'm using Chameleon 2 RC2 with the following kexts in /Extra:

Disabler

dsmos

EHCISleepEnabler

IOAHCIFamily

IONetworkingFamily

LegacyIOAHCIBlockStorage

LegacyJMicronATASATAIDE

LegacyJMicronJMB36xSATA

OpenHaltRestart

RealtekR1000

UUID

other than that, i'm also running this with a DSDT.aml and a modified com.apple.boot.plist.

It's been a long time since i visited the forums, so i'm not really familiar with everything that came "after" the first EX58-UD5 installation guide for leopard.

Is there an easy (kext-)way to fix the problems i've got? I've read in the snow-leopard guide about SleepEnabler.kext, NullCPUPowerManagement.kext and EvOreboot.kext as well as ElliottForceLegacyRTC.kext. Does it solve my problems if i just download them and put them into my /Extra folder? I don't want to get messy with a new selfmade DSDT atm since i don't think i'm ready to do such complicated stuff (need my hdd data safe :)).

Thanks in advance!
