over9000
I am fairly new to the hackintosh scene...let me put that out there right now! Anyway, I have an HP DV6000 (dv6408nr if you want to get super specific) 2 Gigs of Ram AMD Turion Dual core TL-56 I know the computer has the power to run the stuff...but here's my problem. Upon putting the disk into my tray/rebooting, the bootup of the original setup is halted by this message: "system config file '/com/apple.boot.S/Library/preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist' not found." I've lurked Google for 4 days now, tried pretty much everything that comes to my mind (flags and such), and can't get the disk to boot up. I tried the very same disk on my older Dell Inspiron e1505, boots right into the setup. Am I missing something? Or doing something wrong?
