Ive tried ideneb and ipc and both of them get me to the same point. Still waiting for root host. I'm not trying to duel boot. I just want this on my one hard drive. Ive tried just about everything and all the different commands. My hard drive and dvd drive are both sata. This is what I'm working with! ASUS m3n72-d motherboard amd phenom II quad core 9600 Hard drive is a western digital graphics card is nvidia gts 250 It says on wiki compatability that 10.5.6 is compatiable with all of these devices. And no matter what I do I can't get it to get past "Still waiting for root". Actually I lied one time i got it to go into the mac screen where it showed the mac background and the cursor started loading then it went gray and posted a error and froze. Don't ask what the error was cause I have no idea and I can't seem to get it to do it again. I know I'm new here but any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time! Alright I got it to get to install with the -x -v platform=X86PC as my flags. Now once I install it is getting a still waiting on root. Any help on the kext's I should be using. Any advice?
