Incorrect clock speed on my RAM

Under the about this mac tab, it states that it is 4GB 667MHZ DDR2 SDRAM

 

Since i KNOW FOR FACT this is ddr3 1600 what gives?

 

I have to manually set the voltages on the RAM to get it to run at 1600 for windows, Otherwise it defaults to 1333mhz

 

Either way though, its definitely not reading correctly.

 

Any ideas?

 

Distro is iAtkos v7 10.5.7 osx
