Bobert7
So i'm trying to install OSX86 on a partiation. I have Vista on another partition and one blank partition. I select it with the Disk Utility, click on erase to format it. It goes through the format, but once it's done it it reverts back to the original format. That means it's not available to select a destination so i can install it on. Anyone have any ideas? If it's a SATA controller make sure the SATA mode is AHCI in the BIOS setup and not IDE and change the partition type to MBR instead of the default GUID in Disk Utility. Hope this helps Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/208320-cant-get-past-destination-selection-during-installation/#findComment-1391533 Share on other sites
