karchis Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 hye... i got a problem..where i cannot install my SL retail on Snow partition (i already format it using Osx 10.5.8) after booting via USB..and type -v -x32..i go to selection language..then i want to install SL in snow partition..but.. the partition is not there..i only have option to install it in USB..and external HD.. i got 2 internal HD..both of it missing..i check in disk utility..the HD not there.. is it this prob come from .Kext? thx.. p/s : in my usb (extra folder) i have this kext : fakesmc, nullpower, pltformuuid, applertc, ioata, applepiix, jmicron(try add this..but prob still same).
