my dell inspirion 530 doesnt support the virtualization mode in the bios.is there any way too run it in windows 7 and bypass those settings?

Simply yes, but you will have to follow on of the topics like Zenith432's Snowkitty topic, as you will require a non standard kernel, but plenty of help on this web site.

Good luck!

Are you sure? I have a dell inspiron 530 and can enable/disable intel virtualization in bios (version 1.0.18). I'm running windows virtual pc - xp mode and vmware with snow leopard and xp in windows 7 with no problem.

What cpu and bios version do you have on your dell inspiron 530?

i believe the cpu is either a e2220 or e5200.i did some research on the intel website and it said it doesnt support virtualization.i have the same bios update as you,and checked in there but couldnt find any settings too turn it on.
