Need a little help

Hi, I'm new to the forum, I had to sign up to ask this question however. I've been frying my brain all day with this stuff, found a guide which I've tried following. The guide had told me to check out the Hardware compatibility list, when I looked at the compatibility I found my motherboard model not to be on it. However I came across a post here in the desktop thread where a guy had the same motherboard, and version as me so it must work. I'm not sure however, so if you guys can be help and look at these specs and tell me if it works I'll appreciate it much.

So how do I go about installing this on duel boot, if it works?
