HP DV6t i7 notebook installed but need more support

can install with Empire Efi dvd, but still some thing miss,

 

1) need install with cpus=1, if not make the apci error remark not the acpi

2) The sound card doesn't work, need to use the IDT.

3) Wireless not work (INTEL 5100agn)

 

Wish has more more people join this, to finish the i7 notebook hackintosh,

did not manage to patch dsdt with my laptop.

Managed to get cores showing with patched kernel only. With vanilla i have to use cpus=1.Mine has broadcom wifi inside and that also never works.

Have tryed some hazzard distribution10.6.2 and i noticed that the touch for the sound volume actually works i can see onscreen indicator going up and down but has no effect on the volume.

 

We deffinitely have to find someonw being able to patch the dsdt. That would solve soooo many issues.
