Sound on Itunes, Not in Logic (iPC 10.5.6)

Hi Guys

 

I recently completed an installation of OSX on my PC (Specs below)

 

iPC 10.5.6 (Voodoo 9.5) then updated to 10.5.7 (Had same problem on both 5.6 and 5.7)

 

AMD Athlon x2 3800+ (2.0 ghz)

3GB Ram

MSI K9N4 SLI (Nforce 4)

 

I installed OSX with the Realtek AC97 drivers from the Custom installation screen.

 

The problem i have is that the Audio works perfectly in iTunes, however using Logic both 7 and 9 i cant get any audio at all. The audio screen shows that i have AC97 Line in device installed. I've tried both back and front audio ports.

 

Just wondering if anyone knew what was going on.
