delphinus87
My stock DVD burner (Optiarc AD-7200S) doesn't like my hackintosh very much. After struggling for a while, I just bought a USB DVD burner and disabled the Optiarc in the BIOS. Now I can finally rip CDs and such at full speed, but the only annoyance I have with it is I cannot eject the drive using the Eject key, Option-Eject, or by holding F12. I can eject through the Eject menu bar app just fine though. Is there any way to fix this? I'm using a newer Apple Bluetooth keyboard Jesus, people can't even boot w/o KPing and here I am asking how to eject without moving my mouse Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/207191-keyboard-shortcut-to-eject-usb-dvd-drive/ Share on other sites
