pepechuelo79
Everytime I repair permissions with Disk Utility I get: "Permissions differ on "usr/share/derby", should be drwxr-xr-x , they are lrwxr-xr-x . Repaired "usr/share/derby". Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired." Is everything OK? Or something to worry about? OS 10.6.2. EX58-UD5. i7-920 I used mrjanek's Kakewalk method. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...8&start=600 Thanks in advance. pepechuelo79
OK. I made a search and found that Apple says "You can safely ignore these messages. You can also usually ignore any "ACL found but not expected..." message. These messages can occur if you change permissions on a file or directory. These messages are accurate but are generally not a cause for concern" hxxp://support.apple.com/kb/TS1448?viewlocale=en_US Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/206783-suid-file-will-not-be-repaired/#findComment-1383097 Share on other sites
