Knapneder
Hello everybody! I'm new on this forum and it's my first post... Well, I dont know if I can write in french or in english, so I'll begin in english... I'd like to install Snow Leopard on my PC. I followed all the instructions onf the tuto made by Lifehacker (Lifehacker tuto). My USB key is prepaired, and semms to be OK. My BIOS settings are good, and I have exactly the same components. I plug in my key and boot the computer. A disk logo appears with a progress bar and finally there is the famous Apple logo! The "wheel" appears and tunrs. But suddenly, it stops turning. And I dont know why... I rebooted my computer three times, but the whell always stops in the same position... I hope someone here will help me and give me a solution! Thank you very much! Knapneder
Thank you for helping me! Well, if verbose is the "-v" option, I cant boot in this mode, for the simple reason that I dont have the time to hit F8 during the boot... :/ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/206626-error-during-boot/#findComment-1381557 Share on other sites

Knapneder
I succeed t boot in verbose mode, and I see that the problem is the ethernet... I search a little bit on the forum, and I found that was a common problem... Is there any fix for that?
