OK, here is your DSDT :D

PS: There are 2 different DSDTs(Only CSTs are different). Install them and upload here IOReg dumps for both. Your Intensity Pro should appear as PCI in "About this Mac", install official driver, check if it works. Also there are also two lastest chameleon's with video support, restart and UUID fix(you can delete nvenabler, platform uuid and osxrestart kexts).

I've attached the IOReg dump you requested.

I added smbios.plist and dsdt to /Extra directory. Also, I've installed those kexts in E/E and deleted all the ones from S/L/E and E/E that you have requested to remove. I went to About This Mac, and it shows that it is PCI. I installed the drivers, however it does not work. One time I got "failed to initialize capture device" and other times I select my stuff and try to record and it still doesnt show video. Also, my shutdown is not working. However, DVD is good (JMicron) and the graphics card.

You should rename it as MacPro4,1 not MacPro3,1, because, in this case you'll have a better support for i7 CPU(all states working). Next 10.6.3 will improve better compatibility for i-series cpus

Upload again ioregs for MacPro4,1 model, also kernel.log, system.log and system profiler file.

I'm going to decompile black magic official driver, to find where is the problem...

PS: For the future: adding non Apple infos in smbios.plist, it will tell to the system, that this is a Hackintosh and not a RealMac(may have KP with some apps with underground checking).

For MP41, use attached file:

Hello Dietrich

Could You be so kind to check my DSDT when You have some time.

I have everything working (restart, shutdown, autosleep, sleep) except wake.

Thanks.

Hey,tzel2

Your XPS have an AMI BIOS, so I can help..)

First, post here all original ACPI dumps(use Everest ACPI Tools under windows). Also, OSX IOReg and System Profiler dumps without dsdt.aml in Extra folder.

One question:

If your DELL goes to sleep, doesn't it wakes also, when you press Power Button?

Thx for the reply,

I'll get the dumps, but i'll have to install windows first,

regarding the wake issue, yes it does wake when I use mouse or keyboard, or power button, but sometimes it gets to desktop and it's so slow, and sometimes it does not get to desktop, just black screen and messages about "usbaudio clock changed ....".

Maybe it's because I have a monitor with integrated webcam and microphone?

Here is the original dsdt.

I'l try to get the rest...

Here is the info You asked, linux dumped.

Perfect, I'll look on it tomorrow.

Your problem has nothing with this monitor, maybe is VoodooHDA... I should check also your first posted dsdt, to see what's happen.

tzel2

Here is your dsdt, try to use ur hack as iMac11,1. I added also ATI HDA output support. Check if it works...

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to look into my problem.

I tested the DSDT, as iMac 11 and here is what I get:

- sleep does not work at all, it looks like it shuts down but the fans stay on and keyboard, mouse, power button don't wake it up, I have to shut it down (sleep from power button also does not work)

- I get this message: ACPI_SMC_CtrlLoop::loadStepperProgram - pmCPUControl (PMIOCSETPSTATESTEPPER) failed, result = 0x4

-also this : Sound assertion "0 == iterator" failed in "/SourceCache/AppleHDA/AppleHDA-183.4.1/AppleHDAController/AppleHDAController.cpp" at line 861 goto Exit

-and this : USB Device Monitor Webcam is violating Section 9.3.5 of the USB Specification -- Error in GetConfigDescriptor( wLength = 4)

-firewire does not work

- the results of geekbench droppped about 400 points from 9200 to 8800

Ill attach ioreg and sysprofiler.

Thx.

Hi tzel2

But how about MP3,1 or MP4,1, did you get the same errors?

Try also, without LPC running(don't forget, to change ASSB Offset (0x2C) to Offset (0x1C) )...

Hi,

with MP4.1 I don't get the ACPI_SMC_CtrlLoop and USB errors, but still no firewire and no sleep.

I changed the LPCB id from 0x02, 0x3B to 0x18, 0x3A and I got the SMBusPCI loaded.

Remove all from PR scop and change with this:

	Scope (_PR)
{
	Processor (CPU0, 0x01, 0x00000810, 0x06) {}
	Processor (CPU1, 0x02, 0x00000810, 0x06) {}
	Processor (CPU2, 0x03, 0x00000810, 0x06) {}
	Processor (CPU3, 0x04, 0x00000810, 0x06) {}
	Processor (CPU4, 0x05, 0x00000810, 0x06) {}
	Processor (CPU5, 0x06, 0x00000810, 0x06) {}
	Processor (CPU6, 0x07, 0x00000810, 0x06) {}
	Processor (CPU7, 0x08, 0x00000810, 0x06) {}
}

Seems, that with i-series(iMac11,1), we don't need to inject CST/PSS methods, tables are already there.

Change ASSB Offset (0x2C) to Offset (0x1C), also try without LPC running(remove Method DSM from LPCB.

About fireware will try to fix later.

Hi,

Changed Scope _PR, removed LPC, changed ASSB, but still no go,

It seems that when I send it to sleep it shuts down, but the power stays on, and the PC is dead, I have to shut down the power.
