Hackintoshconfused!

Ok hackin-jedis...

 

Hope someone can help me here... I have made a partiton with EASEUS Partition Master 4.0 Professional Edition.

 

loaded up MAC_10.5.6_Leo_Install_Disc_Rev1. its on the partition and mac is loaded.

 

I used boot thinggy easy bcd 1.7.2. so its duel mac and win7 boot

 

But mac wont boot! ive tried f8 -x, -s, RD=disk0x1 (with mac boot cd in)

 

I have no idea what any of this means by the way, ive just been mincing round this site like a hobo trying to put together the pieces..

 

Wonering if my old pc is the problem?

mainboard, iqon.ie. 945GZM-S2, chipset i945Gz

 

2048mbytes ddr2

 

nvidea geforce 8500gt

 

 

 

Im attempting to see if it works before I go out and get a god laptop for this..

 

Anyone know any good quadcore laptops that all this malarcy will work on?

 

I want to use this for logic 9 music production, but dont have 2k for a mac!?! know what im saying brothers?

 

Is any of this possible or am I gonna have to save and go quad core mac? and win 7 with parellells or somein?

 

Please enlighten me... Im fed up of looking at my monitor and nothing happening..

Hey! Can you be more specific about what's happening when you turn it on? I'm not familiar with the disk you used so I can't comment on the install method. When you installed did you click Customize and then install the appropriate things for your hardware? For instance, with a Pentium you need to have installed Voodoo Kernel.
