McSteve Posted January 5, 2010 Share Posted January 5, 2010 I am using a program on my PC called Keepass to securely store my passwords. Does anyone know if there is a program similar to this that has a PC and a mac version that will share the same database so I can sync my PC and Mac and have the passwords available to the PC and the Mac? I have KeepassX on my Mac and they seem similar but will not share the database as far as I can tell. hrvy Posted January 6, 2010 Share Posted January 6, 2010 I'm using KeepassX on Snow Kitty and Keepass2 on Windows 7. Because Keepass2 can't read old KDB-Files you have to export them from KeePass 2 and switch back to KeePass. For now this is the only way I got it working. But version 1.x, since 2th database aren't support by mobile application of Keepass (like KeepassDroid which i use with my Android). For easily sync with PC you can use Dropbox.
