nachdenki Posted January 5, 2010 Share Posted January 5, 2010 hi, today I was wondering if it would be possible to make a hackintosh switch to headphone output automatically as soon as headphones are plugged in. I know "real" macs do it, and I noticed that when I plug in headphones the label of my headphone audio out changes from "Internal Speakers" to "Headphones", so it seems that macOS is indeed recognizing it. The question is if I can make it actually switch to that output and switch back when I unplug them, that would be really cool. ideas?
