Shutdown/Restart Kernel Panic - Tried Fixes - MSI MOBO

Hey All!!

 

Ok So another problem BUT its the last one i THINK. Here Goes, Whenever i shutdown or restart my pc using both cores ( got them working thanks to verdant for the help ) I get a big kernel panic i will add the attatchment picture at the end, but please people! if you know anything atall that may help it work please just post!! i've searched and searched every fix doesn't seem to be working. If you've had this problem on the same motherboard or cpu tell me too!

 

Leopard iPc 10.5.6 Installation:

 

Kernel - Voodoo 10.5.6 Kernel

Drivers;

- Graphics - Didn't select one as i have no graphics card with support YET.

- Audio - Other - Azalia HDA

- Ethernet - RTL1000

- Chipset - ICHX Sata

Fixes & Patches:

- ACPI Fix

- IOPCIFamily.kext

- Seatbelt.kext

- UUID Error Fix

- Shutdown/Restart Fix

Then after install i install chameleon v2 rc2 + patch dsdt and move the dsdt.aml into the /extra folder. ( To Enable Both Cores) Thanks to verdant for that help.

 

Now, doing nothing else i restart i instantly get a kernel Panic. But if i boot with 'cpus=1' it shutsdown fine??
