Hey, I've done a forum/google search for the MSI G41TM-E43, and have only seen one post of someone who's actually installed it, and they didn't mention how they got it to install.

I have tried iAtkos v7, and XxX 10.5.6, and both wont load the installer, it reboots a few seconds after giving a boot option/or pressing any key.

I was going to try Rebel EFI, but i have a IDE DVD Rom.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, here's my other specs.

-- I Found with my msi motherboard when i had that problem i just downgraded to the bios version which supported my CPU and then flashed it. Everything work's fine now running macintosh very nicely.

Didnt work, downgraded to the lowest one (4.0) and it still didnt work, im getting this com.apple.driver.ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin... error, ive done some googling and the only fix ive seen is if its already installed.

my boot parameters are cpus=1 -f -v

Try Hazard 10.6

It seems to work on a lot of tuff motherboards. It worked on my ECS G41T-M (not completely though) http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=208841

But from inside of Hazard I installed Universal 3.6 and it works flawlessly.

Well I finally got it working, I used hazard several times, kept changing how I set it up, and now its working perfect, Sound/Ethernet out of the box, boots with just -v perfect. Just need to get the video drivers working.

Thanks guys for the input, WOOT!
