When i start garageband i get this error

GarageBand has detected a possible conflict between one or more midi or audio drivers.

I have tried the following:

- Repair permissions

- Delete emagic midi driver

- Delete Preference files for GB

this is a newly install OS and the only midi device i have connected is my Digitech RP250 Multi-Effects processor and i even unplugged it and removed it from the midi devices list in the Audio/Midi Setup. they do show up their and the library/audio folser permissions are set to read & write
