OK, I have a need to get more experience with Mac OS Snow Leopard for my work

I have purchased Windows 7 64bit Ultimate and Max OS Snow Leopard DVDs, so I have legit DVDs etc

I want to put together a system for Dual boot between Mac OS and Windows 7 but maintain decent graphics performance in Windows 7 but also be able to keep up to date with Apple OS updates. I dont have the $2200 laying around to get an iMac 27inch the way I would need it.

My goal is to hopefully to mix these two systems to get the best Mac OS SL compatibility and maintain reasonable W7 gaming speeds. I am also a complete newb on the MAC OS, but 22 years PC experience.

I currently have two Intel Core 2 systems running Windows 7, specs are:

System 1:

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L MLB (Intel P35 chipset)

Intel Core 2 2.13Ghz CPU

nVidia 8200GS 512MB Video Card

4GB 800 DDR2

SATA2 500GB HDD

SATA Plextor DVDRW

Realtek ALC888 onboard

Sound Blaster Xi-Fi Extreme Music

System 2:

Gigabyte GA-N650SLI-DS4L (nVidia 650i chipset)

intel Core 2 2.8Ghz CPU

2 x nVidia 9800GTX 512m Video Cards running in SLI

4GB of 1033 (running at 800) PNY Reaper memory

SATA2 1TB HDD

SATA2 300GB HDD

SATA Toshiba DVDRW

Realtek ALC888 onboard

Razer AC-1 Audio Card (I imagine this is NOT compatible with Mac OS at all so if I kept it, I would use an audio passthrough from the onboard to the input on the Razer to keep sound in both OSes.

After much reading on here my head is hurting but this is my conclusion and I would love some advice here.

It seems like the Intel P35 based board is better supported but the 8200GS would not perform well for games I play. So I thought of making a new system from the two systems for this and selling the other off. Possibly buy a new Motherboard if needed.

System 3(proposed):

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L MLB (Intel P35 chipset)

Intel Core 2 2.8Ghz CPU

nVidia 9800GTX 512MB Video Card

4GB 1033 (running at 800) DDR2

SATA2 1TB HDD (For Windows 7)

SATA2 300GB HDD (For Snow Leopard)

SATA Toshiba DVDRW

Realtek ALC888 onboard

Soundblaster Xi-Fi (using audio passthrough to hear mac sound from onboard realtek)

I see packages to get the Realtek and the GA-P35 based networking etc going on this forum, I only see mention of a 9800GTX for the older Leopard OS, anyone have it going in Snow Leopard?

Does anyone beleive I would be better off buying a new MLB, as I know both CPUs, RAM, SATA drives will all work fine from what ive read.
