installed ipc 10.5.6 and ideneb 1.4 10.5.6 both the time installation went fine and after the restart it shows "still waiting for root device" . I changed bios settings disabled jmicron, firewire(1394) parallel port etc.... i tried booting with the command -x / -v -f but still the same. please any body can help me to solve this problem. please help

Edit: I managed to come out of this problem i need to change some bios settings

i.e.: sata to achci and disabled parallel, serial ports and acpi to s3 and it simply booted fine.
