[GUIDE]-Snow Leopard 10.6.2 Install On P5Q - SCOTT Method

Hi

i was installed Mac os x 10.6.2 on my pc by scott user method from www.kelvan.ir persian mac forum..

at first i install the 10.6 version from this page . video tutorial, that was very helpful , everything is worked for me!

my pc detail

MOBO = ASUS P5Q - Updated Juzzi Bios

CPU : intell Quad Q8400

Ram = 3GB

HDD = 250 +320 +500

VGA =9500 GT

and ....

 

i translated the scott installation method, thanks to him

when you install the snow leopard 10.6 , restart and boot with -x (safe mode) to snow leopard.

install 10.6.2 Combo Update From Apple. Dont PRESS Restart Button at Finish!!!!

go to snow leopard partition and delete the extra folder from last bootloader, we install the new version now!

install the chameleon RC4 on snow leopard partition, when finished, at last screen, Don't press RESTART button,

now extract the folder that you was downloaded from here. Scott-KELVAN.ir.zip

open Scott-KELVAN.IR folder and copy Extra Folder to Snow Leopard Partition, when the files was copied, then Press RESTART button , your OSX 10.6.2 is ready to boot.
