mauzy Posted December 23, 2009 Share Posted December 23, 2009 I had 10.5.7 running perfectly fine on my HP mini. I also had the graphics patched to run proper 1024x600. I updated to 10.5.8 through the updater (unchecked everything but 10.5.8). After a reboot, all I get on the screen is a cursor with what looks like a single line of pixels being repeated down the screen. I can boot in safe mode and it looks and runs fine. I have tried reinstalling the three graphics kexts given in the tutorial to no avail. I am completely new to OSX. This may be an easy fix but I would have no idea how to go about it.
