Hi, i have the same KP on my IPC 10.5.6 install but only this happen when i try install dmg file, this happen today when i try install firefox so i been all afternoon look for a solution and i think that is a kext problem but not sure like you have this one seatbelt.kext from 10.5.6 but the kernel is 9.5.0 so you need the seatbelt.kext from 10.5.5, this post is for this problem http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=148566 but them maybe this is not your problem but still mine because i can't download that file, maybe some one help me.

Disable your on-board audio in the BIOS and try booting. If it boots, delete VoodooHDA.kext, as that's what's causing the panic (clearly visible in your screenshot).

Remember to flush the caches as well.

can u tell step by step how to do that?

im a complete newbie here :(

Your motherboard manual has a section in the back that details all the options in your BIOS and how to access it.

Look up how to disable the on-board audio there.

If you don't have a manual, you can download a .pdf copy from the manufacturer's website.

You're very close, it's almost done booting at that point.

Try booting with -v -x (-x is like 'safe mode' in Windows) and see if it goes any further. If it arrives at the desktop then it's probably something with the video drivers or the injection that isn't working.
