rory2100
Hi all first let me post my system specs EVGA 780i Motherboard Dual HDD Drives (500GB Windows 7; 250 For OSX) SATA DVD drive (I only use sata) Intel Q6600 2.4Ghz PRocessor OCZ 800MHZ ram SLI 9800GTX + EVGA 8600GT Palit 1 Trednet gbps network card (dont need it excepot for virtual servers in windows 7) Anywho I have been researching OSX86 for a few months now and I cannot seem to fix this issue. I cannot boot my hackintosh. The only edition that boots is iPC 10.5.6 . IO know the right drivers to choose for I did my research and I have them all selected and installed, but I continue to get this error. apple.boot.plist is missing. I can boot if I use the CD in the drive and do rd=disk0s1 -v. It boots fine, but no kexts work. IO tried writing EFI strings, but they dont work. Ive burned the DVD at 1x speed and i verfied the md5 hash 5x +. When I boot using the CD i have no networking (using eno's driover) no audio (azalia audio). The file boot.plist just is not there when I go the folder... I think I may just copy it over manually form the CD and edit it via text editor. I have tried OSX86 tools and EFI editor with no avail. Please helpme.. I need to get this working soon so that I can run Final Cut Pro (legal copy, got froom a very giving friend) to run so I can get a very important project done... Thanks in advance!
