Mactelman
Since vista doesn't use boot.ini, and is not compatible with either GRUB or LILO, and I don't know if it works with Acronis (which sucks anyway), it seems entering the BIOS and changing the setting of first HDD may work. I'll try and let you know, because for some reason my 5500FX PCI is repporting QE/CI, something I also need to check in on. Mactelman
I'll copy all that into text and post it for later, but for now: Type: nVidia GeForce FX5500 Bus: PCI Slot: J7B2 VRAM (Total): 256 MB Vendor: nVIDIA (0x10de) Device ID: 0x0326 Revision ID: 0x00a1 Displays: Display: Resolution: 1280 x 1024 Depth: 32-bit Color Core Image: Supported Main Display: Yes Mirror: Off Online: Yes Quartz Extreme: Supported Really wierd, the kext info is gone, and as most of you probably know this card isn't supported, and the PCI slot certainly isn't. I didn't do Macvidia or anything either. Strange, but I'm not complaining. It's just a BFGtech overclocked 5500FX PCI card.
