{HELP} Shogun Total War

Hey guys, first things first. You ahve a really nice forum here, I wish i had found it sooner.

My question is this :

Is it possible to get shogun total war to work through cider? I have the latest wrapper and I have a copy of the installed game( I installed it through boot camp) and I have applied the no-CD patch. I followed the instructions, placed the game in the c_drive folder, and I edited the info.plist to be linked to the folder and the .exe . The Name appears on the top taskbar (like the name of the program that you are running, ie. where it says finder, or safari, etc.) for 1 second and then it disappears. What do I need to do differently? This is a relativly old game <2000>, is it too old to be supported by cider?? I would try crossover games( i have version 8.0) but i dont ahve an install file/ disc image(or CD). My copy of the game is from an old backup I made, before I lost my disc .
