OSX on Intel DG 965WH

Dear friends,

 

My current hardware configuration is :

 

1) MB : INTEL DG965WH, PORCESSOR : CORE 2 DUO E4300 @ 1.8 Ghz

2) HDD : 2 NOs., Seagate, both SATA

3) DVD : LG SATA

4) Peripherals : 2 PCI LAN CARDS (DLINK), PS2 KB, USB MOUSE

5) RAM : 3 GB DDR2 KINGSTON

6) GRAPHICS : INTERNAL graphics only.

 

I am stuck at : ACPIPS2NUB not found.

 

I do not have access to any other MAC OS, i just have WIn XP SP3

 

Can anyone sugggest a solution or alternatively recommend the best OS X for my config.
