Installing Snow Leopard

OK my system specs are as follows:

 

- AMD 64 3500 CPU (939)

- Elite NForce3 Motherboard

- 160gb Maxtor Hard Drive (IDE)

- 2gb DDR 400 Memory

- Nvidia 6200 AGP Graphics Card

- Realtek AC'97 Onboard Sound

 

Is this likely to run Snow Leopard? I have had the original Leopard installed and working (apart from shutdown/restart issues) is my system likely to run snow leopard?

 

A link to a 'How to Guide' for AMD machines would be great
