mpkg and pkg installs freeze on first screen

Hi All,

 

Right now, I'm trying to install the NVIDIA Series 9 drivers using .mpkg. Every time I open it, I get the "waiting" color wheel and I can't press Continue. Yesterday, I had the same issue with the nForce LAN Driver mpkg. I've even tried a .pkg file I've tried, also with the same results.

 

Here are my specs:

 

Motherboard: AMD ASUS M2N-SLI

Chipset: NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI

Processor: AMD Phenom

GFX: NVIDIA 9800 GT 512

Kernal: Voodoo 9.5.0

OSX Version: 10.5.6

 

I'm sure I'm forgetting something here, so if there is any more information needed, please let me know.
