lopdog
I've installed iPC OSX 10.5.6 on my Core2Duo laptop, using the default (Vanilla) kernel. Apple Update offers me to update to 10.5.8, is this possible and/or safe, or could it ruin my installation? Reason I ask is because everything works perfectly (except wireless), and I don't want to install everything again (at least not until I decide to try Snow Leopard). Lord_Jeremy
Do you have a seatbelt kext? Or an SMBIOS? If I remember correctly, those two need to be updated along with the system. This page should help you. I'd make a backup of the Extensions directory just in case.
