So.. #1 - Do you recommend a specific release? I'd like 10.5.8 if possible or 10.5.6 and is there any instructions you know of? #2 - If an install fails will my whole comp crash? I'm running Win7 64bit as my one and only OS. And I think thats it! Thanks again and hopefully you can help me out with these last few questions! Kukag
Sorry I will start doing more of my own research which I have and still have some more questions... As far as a partition goes it says this on a guide.. ". Don't worry about specifying the partition type or formatting it, the OS X installer will take care of that. What it won't do is create the partition, which is why we're doing it here. " Now is that true with iPC PPF5 Final? Also I'm a little unsure on what to check in the packages window for the Install? Like heres an image of what there is and what I think I need??? http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/5826/ipcppf5packagelist.png Heres a run down... Language Translations - No don't need. Kernels - 9.5.0 Voodoo Kernel since I'm on AMD Legacy Tim Machine Fix??? - Do I need that? Video Drivers - NVinject 0.2.1 512MB VRAM or NVdarwin 512MB? Audio Drivers - Where do i find out what drivers I would need? Legacy Apple HDA? - Do i need this? Ethernet and Wireless? Do I need either Im on just straight wired Internet, and I would for sure like to go on the internet. USB Drivers - I need the one I selected right? Power Management? I image this is for laptops correct? Fixes and Patches ? - Which do I need? I'm using a Logitech g15 and a Logitech mouse do i need the PS/2 Keyboard / Mouse Fix? AppleSMBIOS Patch ? - Do I need these? Alternate Bootloaders and Applications - Which do i need? =P Thanks a bunch guys I REALLY appreciate it, after I get these last few questions figured out I'll be ready to install Mac I already have the DVD burned!
