TracyW Posted December 8, 2009 Share Posted December 8, 2009 This is kind of a last chance for me, so I hope somebody has some inspiration advice to get my Pinnacle PCTV Diversity 2001e working with my Mac Mini. The 2001e was indicated as being compatible with eyetv 3.x, so I upgraded from v2 and purchased a PCTV diversity. Unfortunately, I am on my second device and am unable to get anything >19% signal strength (using a house aerial) with 0% quality - no picture. I have installed the device on a Vista SP2 machine and was able to get a picture, but although the signal was >70%, the quality was 0% for all channels; I am wondering whether this 0% quality has any impact on the performance of the eyetv SW. Any advice/suggestions gratefully received.
